Who do I contact if I experience an issue with payments?

On our portals, there are some social games that allow in-game purchases.

 

Some of those social games have a GD+ integration, that means that they are integrated on our network and we, as Azerion, manage the payments directly for those games.

If you experience a problem with payments in one of these games, you can contact Plinga support (it's a different support team in our company) through the contact form that you can find in the left column in the game: 

 

All other social games have an I-frame integration, so all of the payments are managed directly by our partners that developed these games and go through their internal payment system, which is different for every game.

If you are experiencing an issue with payments on one of the games published on our portals, please contact the corresponding support service.
