How to make a screenshot?

Here are some quick steps to make a screenshot:

 

- Press Print Screen (PrtScn) on your keyboard

 

- Paste the image into a Word document (Ctrl + V)

 

- Attach the Word doc to an email and send it to us

 

Anyway, we suggest you to use a specific software that will allow you to make screenshots in different formats, including video recording.
