How can I retrieve a new password?

To retrieve your password, you need to click on the ""Forgot password"" button in the Azerion Connect credential box.

You will be asked to enter the email address connected to your account. You will then receive a message with recovery link in your inbox. If you don’t see our email in your inbox, check your spam folder. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
If you go through all the steps and you still haven’t received an email, please make sure that you have typed your address correctly when requesting the link.
